A return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Proof of purchase is required.

Returns requested beyond the 48-hour window may not be accepted.

Refunds

As we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be processed in one of the following ways:

Replacement: A replacement item will be sent if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cash Refund: In the event of a return without replacement, a cash refund will be arranged during the return pickup or as otherwise agreed with our team.

Please note: Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process after the returned item is received and inspected.
